XLr8 Tools Update 3.5.15 [ad]

We just added functionality to allow the use the XLr8Editor for dictionary items that are really not dictionary items, like SB+ definitions on the last version.  We did not give you a way to refresh the XLr8Dictionary Editor for new values.  The additional items were added to the dictionary file in Unidata or Universe as well as your local directory.  By the way the local directory is used for Version Control, so your dictionary items are under control.  There is now a refresh icon to re-display the XLr8Dictionary grid.

   XLr8Dictionary Editor Added refresh command has been added to help when adding non-native dictionaries
