Mark Brown put in a command that will allow you to step through the
code with a keystroke.

I think it was something like ctl-j.

Does anyone remember what is needed to use this. I really do not want
to do the other technique.

Thanks

E1 set to step through the code one line at a time
Ctrl-J to process the next line
C toggles code line display on and off (very helpful!)

Thanks

Thanks. I am just the moment on a client's D3 system and could not
remember the exact syntax. I remembered the ctl-j but not the other.

Since I have my Accuterm keyboard mapped to the D3 Update Processor I
just use the down-arrow for ctrl-j. It feels very natural to just one-
key step through code. If you're using mvToolBox then the mappings
will be different until Bro has fully worked out the mapping which
allows us to use D3/UP keystrokes with mvToolBox.

I remember when terminals had a Line Feed key.

Good times...  good times.

And they didn't need to boot up, they just turned on.

If memory serves, you hit "c" and then ctrl-j will step through the code,
showing each line as it goes.
