Pick R83 error

Hello all,

A relative has recently passed away and I am tasked with getting a list of addresses out a a Pick database.  I have some SQL/CCL experience but this is a different kind of beast.  

So, I have got to a point where I enter: 

gl mail

donor.to.documatch

Enter "Mail" as list

And when I enter "Y" to confirm the correct list I get this error: [B1] Line 74: Run Time Halt

Can anyone help me in correcting this issue?  Thanks for your time.

The short answer appears to be that there is a problem on line 74 of the program "donor.to.documatch".  

Are you following some set of instructions?  How do you know that the statement "Enter Mail as list" requires a Y/N answer?

Are you showing us everything?  I would expect some response from the system to the command "gl mail", such as "[404] NN Items selected".

As you know, you're dealing with a very old system compared to its modern descendants. In situations like this, it would be best if someone with the right skills could be closer to the source. Or if that system is accessible by a PC, perhaps someone can get on a screen sharing session with you. Where are you located? Someone might be nearby who can help.

 

Feel free to contact me off-list and I'll either offer to help or will try to find someone who can work with you. You might have a system that someone recognizes and can navigate easily (from very old memory).
