Can you be a bit more specific?

There are many downloadable systems: ScarletDME and SD are two obvious candidates. The original GPL version of OpenQM can still be found on the web. Rocket offer trial versions of most of its products.

Which of these are you trying to run? What have you done so far, and where are you having problems?
