This worked for me earlier in the week, but now I get the same result.  It seems that the website is undergoing a conversion where Tip of the Week articles are being incorporated into their Knowledge Base article system.

Hi Kevin,

This was a short term problem while we went through the process of merging the Tip of the Week articles into the QM KnowledgeBase so that we do not have two separate areas serving much the same purpose but requiring different search methods. The Tip of the Week articles will continue but as references to KnowledgeBase articles.

The link on the web site home page has been fixed to point to the correct place.

Ok, but the URL in your original post to this group still results in the same problem. I have refreshed my browser cache, but still get the error.

Has this recent change to the OpenQM website invalidated all TOW links found in previous postings here, in CDP, and the OpenQM newsgroup?

Hi Kevin,

You are, of course, correct. The URLs that have been posted to this group are all now wrong. We will set up redirection links to fix this.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
