Experienced PICK Programmer Needed in St. Louis

Immediate opening for:

PICK Programmer

Allied Healthcare Products, Inc. a publicly traded, leading manufacturer of health care products is currently seeking an experienced PICK Programmer that will report to the VP of Administration and Corporate Planning.

Minimum credentials and experience this person must possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  
• Strong PICK Basic Programming Experience (uniData/uniVerse)
  
• Basic understanding of HP-UX (Unix) or Linux Operating Systems
  
• Basic understanding of MRP/ERP Systems
  
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP and Samba
  
• Awareness of Sarbanes-Oxley mandates for publicly traded companies

This person shall be directly responsible for:

• Improving and Developing code in UniData 3.3
  
• Accepting and addressing user programming requests
  
• Maintaining database performance
  
• Recording Programming activites in the tracking system

Additional duties include:

• Phone Support of installed uniData applications
  
• Website Back-End server configuration of uniData for Windows
  
• Understanding of Windows Server 2008 Networks
  
• Familiarity with and ability to help strategize existing EDI operations
  
• IIS, dot net, HTML and JavaScript programming

Helpful Skills Include:

• Experience with uniData/uniVerse for Windows
