attempt to do any cross browser coding for you.

For the cert in internet options choose the content tab, then certificates then the untrusted tab – is the provider in there for some reason ?
Btw the radio buttons do not display in chrome either I think It is because you have the input elements inside the label, they should siblings.

There were a number of entries in Untrusted Publishers I didn't put there. Are they automatically loaded when IE installs?
