Hi folks,

This is a work in progress: a primer on MRP 3.0.

One additional note that may be of interest: the City received roughly $700k Google paid the City for cutting down 800+ trees this summer. There may be opportunities to align those funds with urban forest expansion and multi-benefit green (stormwater) infrastructure work.
