My involvement with MvcContrib

Hi everyone

After having worked on MvcContrib for the last 4 years, I'm stepping down from my involvement with the project as I no longer have the time to dedicate to handling bugfixes, pull requests and email support. I've very much enjoyed working with all those people who have contributed to the project in one way or another over the years, but now it's time for me to move on.
