Skipping 'T4MVC.tt.settings.t4' because it was modified.

When I update T4MVC with NuGet I get this message. Is it possible for nuget to merge in whatever updates are available? Otherwise I have to uninstall the old version, install the new version and then update my settings file again. Kinda defeats the point of having it on nuget.
