All,
There was a bad Git merge that took out some code files and broke some of the projects.  It is fixed now.
You should be able to compile all of the projects at once using the file, CompileAll.ps1.  I would appreciate some 3rd party confirmation that all the code samples work again.  We are very close to finalizing the book and the code drop, and it's very important to make sure the code is ready for distribution.

At this point, every piece of text is done in this repository in Word document form, and the code contained herein is meant to be the final version.  We are just waiting for Manning to finalize typesetting and work through the printing process.  In a week or two, we ought to have the final ebook up on http://manning.com/palermo2.

If any of you are able to take a look at the code and give me some feedback if any of it doesn't work, I'd appreciate it.  http://github.com/jeffreypalermo/mvc2inaction

Best regards,
Jeffrey Palermo

I noticed a small discrepancy between the chapter 5 sample and the manuscript which I have now fixed.
