Chapter 2 - Presentation Model

I emailed a copy of the chapter with change tracking on directly to
Matt. He recommended I just post it to the group, so here I am.
However, I can't see where to attach a file. I also looked in the
Files area and didn't see an upload button. Do I need to be approved
by the moderators or something before I can attach a file?

Yes, we've turned moderation on.  google group spam seems to be particularly high these days, so only approved members get to post files.  But, you're approved :)

Yay! I'm approved.

I also don't see how to attach or upload files. Is that a separate

I must be blind because I still don't see the options to attach a
file. Anyway, I uploaded the file to the files section. Of course now
I'm wishing I would have renamed it, but it is there.

I figured out how to rename it. I'm pretty sure it was fine anyway.
The filename I chose was technically improper. =)

For some reason, the Groups UI doesn't have a file upload, but if you
send an email to the list, you can attach a file to your email and
send it.
