How connect MV5sim with terminal

Hi, folks:
How can I connect MV5Sim with the terminal?
I check the m5term which is included in the M5/MV5 package. But it
can't connect to the simulator's console. I run the MV5sim in this
command which is the default one on the MV5 website.
