Hello Water Group,

 

Here is link of a great articles written by a good friend and dedicated public servant.  I think that for our water part of the recomendation, 

we could draw/quote some ideas from this article.  Peter mentions some points relating to water conservation, recycling and a "cap-and-trade" system... The challenges and opportunities outlined in my previous posted paper are also mentioned in Peter's article.
