I'd sure like to see what we in Green Mountain View might do to
provide info/recommendations for such things to our local
food-service providers, and I might start by asking the Wave One
folks in Palo Alto if they've done any work along these lines. Are
you aware of cities in Santa Clara County that might have done so
already?
Also, for task force waste working group folks: Any of you interested
in contributing to work on this through Green Mountain View?
