A few questions for Lori from Bruce England

Hi Lori:

i have a couple of questions I hope you can help with regarding
recycling in Mountain View:

- The Resource says no lids or caps are allowed: Is this true even if
they're marked #1 or #2 and have no food on them?
- Likewise, toothpaste tubes: Some are make of aluminum (Tom's of
Maine, for example), and the plastic, threaded tip can be removed
prior to recycling. Can these tubes be allowed?
- For yard trimmings, are items such as avocado peels and grape stems allowed?
