to Mountain View Suburban Natural Ecosystems and Biodiversity
Dear Sir/Madam,
I own a house in Mountain View and have been living in the area for a
few years. Please allow me to submit my input.
We have some tree lined streets and some bare streets in Mountain
View. The shade is very nice for pedestrians during the hot wave.
In some residential street in Old Mountain View area for instance,
often there is no reason not to have trees, especially since traffic
is so low. We should encourage people to walk more in these areas.
Trees take many years to grow and mature. Can we start some effort in
that direction? Some narrow islands with trees in the middle of the
street, or breaking the pavement for pedestrians with trees in regular
intervals would be nice.
Thank you for driving the efforts.
Kind regards,
Juliana Jaeger
