Hi David,

The only problem is that the 23rd is scheduled for native plants and I
have already invited folks (who have agreed to come) from the
California Native Plants Society and Acterra to join us then. If
there is no alternative perhaps we can have native plants for the
first hour and Todd Fernandez the second hour, if people can stay that
long.

I can't make it either Thursday or Friday next week but am ok if you
want to go ahead and meet then.

David,
Can you and Nancy figure out the best approach for this? I am fine
with whatever you work out. We also have other Wednesdays in the
future that don't have guests scheduled yet to join us, so we could
use one of those days if you would prefer, or we can have Todd come
for the second hour next week, as Nancy has mentioned. Whatever you
decide, just send out an announcement to the group. Thanks!

My mistake, Todd never got back to me re seeing us tomorrow so we can either
cancel or meet anyway and plan out potential times for he & the City tree
man to see us given the constraints of their schedules.

Hi - I probably won't come if there is no guest for brainstorming. In
general, I am available Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I think we have some open
times in the schedule we made up (check in the minutes). I need a weeks
warning though to save a time outside out scheduled meetings. Thanks, Nancy

can meet with us and give people enough warning to rearrange schedules etc.
