Hi Ignacio,

At a minimum, I would like a description of your top 10 ideas. Having
the full template completed would be outstanding, but is not required.
The purpose of the meeting is to have you share your ideas so that
the Steering Committee can let you know if any of them seem flawed and
make suggestions about improvement and, possibly, about
prioritization.

The meeting also gives other groups a chance to say "Oh, we had that
idea too" which could then lead to one group "giving" the idea to
another group so that we don't have duplication.

That's what I hope will happen. What actually happens -- we'll figure
out on June 9.

Cheers,
Bruce

Dear Steve,

Our group would like to know what is exactly needed for the June 9th
presentation. Do we need the final recommendations or just a
presentation with our current ideas even if not all of them are
completely finished?

Thanks for clarifying,
Best regards,
Nacho.
