Please send this to the environmental consultants so I don't obsess over it any more.

Dear WG4 Members,

Thank you for all your contributions! I think we've developed an OUTSTANDING chapter. And it's only 25 pages long!

As I look at the $/ton of GHG metrics for our proposals, I think we have a really good chance of seeing 5 or more of these recommendations adopted -- which is really the only scorecard that matters.

If you have suggestions for improvement, please send them to me by 8/14 and I can include them in the draft that will go to Julie Laccabue, our editor. (This draft is going to environmental consultants for technical review.)
