Here is my first cut on the sustainable business recommendation. Any suggestions, changes, additions, etc are more than appreciated.
I am out of town for the next two days but wanted to get this at least in first draft form before I left.

It will be important to ensure that the styles built into the report template are used, and corrections need to be made to this file accordingly. If we don't do this, report consistency will be compromised and, worse, generated lists (such as a comprehensive table of contents) won't be fully populated. I have some add'l green biz items to add, and I will provide those shortly.
Re: The cost ranges issue I mentioned yesterday, acc. to Steve A, the current ranges are likely to stick, but additional changes might be added for ranges above $300. This is less likely to affect us than other WGs.

Our recommendations are due to be presented by the middle of next week.
I’d like to get together this week to finalize the first final drafts.
Unfortunately I can’t do Tuesday night, but I can do Wednesday.
Larry, if your place is available, that would be great, otherwise we can meet at my office.
If Wednesday isn’t going to work for every, I’d suggest Friday evening or Saturday daytime.

Bummer, I cleared my calendar for Tuesday, but I can’t make Wednesday.
(It’s my husband’s birthday, so it’s not an appt I can rearrange for the meeting this time.)
I’ll send you what I’ve got. Looking through the other reports, I don’t see a common format so I’ll send what I’ve got and I’ll try to adjust to any formatting standards on which the team agrees.
