Our last attempt at meeting was a bit of a failure, so I’d like to try again.

I’d propose that we meet on Tuesday evening at 6pm at my office – 110 First Street, Los Altos.

I am out of the state, in Hawaii at my Marine Science Camp and then I have a cross country running camp afterwards. I will not be available for a meeting until August 2. Hi Everyone,

I don't seem to have much of a positive response for tomorrow's meeting.
We're all very busy and this has been a long process, so we can postpone
this meeting, but we need to consider seriously when we will next be
able to discuss our report.

Our first final draft is due to be presented in 2 weeks time, so I think
we need to make sure that we're prepared for that.

If meeting is difficult, I would ask you to look at your proposals and
be sure that you're happy with what you have so that they can be
presented to the task force as a whole.

It is fairly critical that we include fiscal as well as environmental
impacts in our proposals. There is a formula available that basically
specifies whether the proposal is a small cost proposal, grading up to
the larger cost items which will require long-range planning and extra
staffing. Each of the work groups is required to indicate where and how
our proposals fit into this formula.

This was to be part of the focus of our meeting, so if we're unable to
get together, I would strongly suggest that each of you look at the
proposals from the other work groups which are posted on
www.sustainablemountainview.org with a view to editing what we have
prepared to fit within the fiscal ranges and presentation formula that
is being used by other groups.

I am prepared to meet Friday evening or Tuesday/Wednesday of next week.

If we're unable to agree on a meeting time, I need to be able to present
what we have on the 28th.

It looks like I will be in town, but given the two week deadline that is

Hi Aileen: I don't know if we need an in-person meeting for the draft review by the task force, but I do think that we need to all be in touch along the way to be aware of what needs to be done and by whom. My key effort will be re the schools rec, but I have more bits for the green biz rec as well. What do you plan to do for generating a didn't-make-the-cut list? (See Bruce Karney's energy draft appendix for an example of what that and other groups plan to do re this)
