and addressing that we can't "build a wall" around Mountain View.

This is where you can synergize with the Communications WG, as we are
tasked with recommending outreach" opportunities that are regional in
nature.
For partnering, specific examples of who you can recommend working with are:
-Palo Alto Community Environmental Action Partnership (CEAP) and Palo
Alto Business Goes Green through their Chamber of Commerce.
- Cities of Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, and the Town of Los Altos, as they
are adjacent cities to us, and each has some kind of "green task
force" process going on to varying degrees that Mtn View can tap into.
