Revised Citywide Carbon Inventory Now Available

I've had several requests for the revised citywide carbon inventory. This revision done by Steve and Joan more accurately reflects the methane contribution from the Shoreline former landfill. It accounts for the cap on the landfill, the generation of electricity from the majority of the methane, and the flaring of that small portion of the methane that is not used for electricty generation, which converts it to CO2 thereby reducing its greenhouse effect by a factor of 4 (still not good but better than methane).
