Hi Anthony -

I'm building a detailed agenda based on questions from the working
group members, and pending time confirmation for the planners. These
are the items on the agenda, not necessarily in this order...

1. Make-up presentation by John C. on his section of the General Plan summary
2. Brief site survey presentations
3. City Planner Q&A
4. Homework for next time

I assume the majority of our time will be with the planners; it just
depends on what time they can arrive. Joan arranged the planner
meeting for us; I'm sure she could do the same for you -- especially
since the Built Environment group meets during a weekday right down
the street from City Hall...
