I've uploaded a copy of the Baseline report with the Climate Group's recommendations incorporated and the moved recommendations out. The report now is approximately 17 pages instead of 25. The report is on the Googlegroups WG site under the file name:

The moved recommendations are on the Googlegroups WG site under the file name:

If you have any comments or changes you would like, please send email to the WG list *BY SUNDAY NOON*. I must send the report to our copyeditor on Monday in order that we can keep to the schedule the Steering Committee agreed to. I will also upload the moved recommendations file to the Task Force Wiki on Monday as well. I am sorry for the short comment time but it is important to complete the report prior to Sept. 15 so the Council has enough time to read it before the October study session and so that it is available for new Council candidates to read, consider and comment on in the election campagin.
