Hi James,

 

I’m not sure this is in your very latest version, but I caught a typo in your 2^nd recommendation, sub-item #4.

 

1)      The city shall not count “unearned” reductions, such as natural the tapering off of emissions from the landfill.

 

I imagine it should read:
