Mark Gilkey send some last minute comments which I put into the report, and I also slightly changed the wording on the water bill recommendation from "Leverage the existing utility bill..." to "Redesign the existing utility bill..." which I think more accurately reflects the recommendation. I also changed the formatting to more strictly adhere to the recommendation template format. I've uploaded the file to the GoogleGroups web site, it's Baseline PreCopyEdit Report - 08-25-2008.doc.
The copyedit is scheduled to be completed next Thurs. Sept 4. Any further comments and/or changes need to be discussed in the ensuing 4 days before the Task Force meeting on Sept. 8. At that meeting, the Task Force will hash out the final wording of the document. The final Task Force meeting on Sept. 15 is intended to be for adopting the report, after which, we intend to adjourn to the Tide House and celebrate.
