Right View

"Practice conscious breathing
to water the seeds of awakening.
Right view is a flower
blooming in the field of mind consciousness.

...
Right View is the clear vision of the mind consciousness which is the
gardener doing the watering. While eating, walking, washing, or
cooking, the clear view of our mind consciousness waters the seed of
bodhi, awakening, with the water of Right Mindfulness...

Life is filled with suffering but it also contains many wonders. If
you want to touch the wonders of life, come back to the present
moment. Practice conscious breathing and you will find yourself in the
here and now. If you were not here, how could life be real and true?
If you are distracted, real life is not possible. Your true presence
makes life possible, and it cannot be bought. It can only be obtained
with practice - the practice of mindful walking, mindful breathing,
and mindful sitting. The preactice of mindfulness is the practice of
being present.
