The Kirby Quiz is the 64th episode of the Kirby: Right Back at Ya! series. In this episode, to commemorate the New Year, King Dedede and Escargoon set up a special quiz show based on Kirby and the events of previous episodes hosted by the N.M.E. Sales Guy. The quiz proceeds normally at first, but King Dedede and Escargoon attempt to sabotage it near the end. Despite initially appearing to win the event, Kirby and Tiff reveal their trick to the crowd, and the N.M.E. Sales Guy disqualifies them, allowing Tiff and Kirby to win the event instead. King Dedede and Escargoon then receive a "consolation prize" of being launched from a fireworks cone.
The episode begins at Castle Dedede, where King Dedede and Escargoon are riding the throne as it travels along its automated rail system and they are talking about greeting the sunrise on a new year. Once they reach a certain balcony, King Dedede greets that sunrise, and then commences a celebration by having his Waddle Dees fire the castle's cannons to wake everyone else up. From there, a new show broadcasts on Channel DDD called "The Kirby Quiz Challenge", and invites five teams of contestants to win a grand prize. A special stage is set up which everybody in Cappy Town attends and Escargoon announces the teams of contestants (details in section below) and finishes by introducing the N.M.E. Sales Guy as the host. Once everyone is set up in their podiums, the quiz begins.
As the quiz progresses, the Star Team consisting of Tiff and Kirby gains a considerable lead over the other teams, with the Treasure Team of King Dedede and Escargoon falling steadily behind and getting frustrated. In order to boost their chances, they distract Kirby with a watermelon around Question 10 to force the Star Team to be absent for a moment. As the final question comes up, the N.M.E. Sales Guy reveals the grand prize to be a free trip to the tropical planet "Hawahu". For the last question, all contestants guess the right answer, but have their answers sabotaged excepting King Dedede and Escargoon, allowing the Treasure Team to claim the special 100 point question and win the event. As soon as Kirby returns from his snack, however, he accidentally bumps into the Waddle Dee who had done the sabotaging, revealing the trick to the crowd. Seeing this, the N.M.E. Sales Guy ends up disqualifying the Treasure Team, allowing the Star Team to take the win instead. For their efforts, the Treasure Team is given a "consolation prize" of being launched from the fireworks cannons that commemorate the end of the event and to celebrate the new year. The episode ends as the other characters watch the fireworks.
King Dedede wakes Escargoon up to watch the sunrise on New Year's Day; just when Dedede sees the sunrise, he accidentally hits Escargoon with his hammer. Then he claps his hands and claims he'll have an ultimate surprise for Dream Land out of celebration. Then he uses colors and wakes up Lady Like, Sir Ebrum, Tiff, Tuff, Tokkori, and Kirby. They all watch Channel DDD, where Escargoon talks about The Kirby Quiz. Everyone in Cappy Town watches. Tuff wants to enter because of the prize, but Tiff finds it suspicious, as always. Meanwhile, Tokkori and Kirby sign up for the quiz. When the quiz begins, there are five teams: Mabel and Honey are the Flower team, Samo and Chef Kawasaki are the Lightning team, Tiff and Kirby are the Star team, Tokkori and Tuff are the Moon team, and King Dedede and Escargoon are the Treasure team. The Treasure team audience cheer for Dedede. The N.M.E. Sales Guy is revealed to be the host of the quiz; Tiff questions who was the genius that allowed him to be the host, but her parents say to let all her troubles away because it's the new year. Then he laughs evilly and the first question comes up. The question is "Which of the following did Kirby first transform into?" The answer choices are Ice, Stone, Fire, or Needle Kirby. The Flower team says Stone Kirby, the Lighting team says Needle Kirby, the Moon and Star teams say Fire Kirby, and the Treasure team is about to say Fire Kirby, but Dedede says Stone Kirby, being the dummy he is. After the video, the Star team, Moon team, and Treasure team get the right answer (as Escargoon quickly switches to the right answer before the time ran out), so the N.M.E. Sales Guy gives the three teams 20 points for answering correctly. The second question is "Which monster did Kirby battle when he first turned into Cook Kirby?" The Flower and Treasure teams say Bugzzy, the Lighting and Star teams say Popon, and the Moon team says Blocky. The Lighting and Star teams get the right answer. Later on, the Star team is in the lead with 140 points while the others have 80, 50, 60, and 20. After the Treasure team fails to answer a question, resulting in a loss of 10 points, King Dedede snaps and decides to ask Waddle Doo to activate a trap set up for Kirby: the trap in question is luring Kirby with a watermelon so that the Star team can't answer any questions. The trap works, as Kirby follows the watermelon, and Tiff notices him going away and starts to go after him. Shortly after, the final question is about to be asked, with the grand prize being a trip to a faraway resort. The question is "Which animals attempted to take over Dream Land?" Everybody gets the right answer, but all of a sudden, everyone's answers to this question are changed to wrong answers, except the Treasure team's, resulting in their victory, but after Kirby bumps into a Waddle Dee with some sort of control, the problem was revealed, resulting the Treasure team's disqualification. But the N.M.E Sales Guy decides to give them a "consolation" prize, "A trip to the world of the stars" which ends up as being blown up by fireworks, while everyone laughs.

This narcissism has only gotten worse over the years, especially near the end of 2018 and most of 2019 as Phil has further tried to paint his detractors in an even worse light, going as far as to call them "criminals who should be arrested". Almighty Tevin, a well-known detractor and restreamer of Phil's content, has become his new target starting at Halloween of 2018. Phil blamed him for Kat leaving his stream, and threatened him both then and the next day saying he was eventually going to pay for what he was doing. Phil also implied that people were going to take action against Tevin and that he and others were going to have authorities coming down on them. However, nothing has happened to Tevin or other detractors since then, as they have broken no laws or rules, proving this to be nothing but empty threats; this also shows that Phil's psychic and mental states have further deteriorated over the years due to increased isolation, to the point where he has faked having depression, in addition to having no empathy for anyone and only caring about himself and money. Phil also believes he could win lawsuits against his detractors for slander and defamation even though everything detractors call him out for is true, further showing how delusional Phil has become over the years.
Phil also now believes he was never actually hated by the internet and he was used as a "test case" for cancel culture, and as a way for people to gain popularity. He insists that people only like the idea of hating him to be a part of something and not because they do actually dislike him, while also saying all reasons for hating him are either outdated or untrue with no evidence (although they once again are using his own videos as evidence). He also refuses to believe that any of his detractors use to be fans of his, showing a complete lack of self-awareness as after nearly 8 years of criticism, Phil still does not understand or want to understand why he is so despised, and refuses to admit or take responsibility for anything he might have said or done that turned everyone against him.
