More open license terms and style code ...

Hi all,

Based on some of your requests, we've made our license terms clearer
and more open. In particular, we've lifted the "non-commercial use"
constraint in the license, so you can now create your own styles and
sell them. We've also unencrypted all of our styles so you can learn
from them to do stuff like what we do with our toolkit.
