This is to inform all staff members that The Management has approved an upward review of ‘Company Gifts’ to Staff for births, wedding and loss of parents as follows:

CONDITION	CURRENT COMPANY GIFT	APPROVED UPWARD REVIEW
MARRIAGE	10,000.00	25,000.00
BIRTH OF A CHILD (IN THE CASE OF MULTIPLE BIRTHS, THE CASH GIFT IS MULTIPLIED BY NUMBER OF CHILDREN)	10,000.00	25,000.00
LOSS OF A PARENT/SPOUSE	25,000.00	50,000.00
