Demise of M A Geevarghese -- Mulakulam

Hi,

Just wanted to inform you all that our father - M A Geevarghese - Varghese chayan ( Mulakulam) passed away early this morning.

His funeral is scheduled for tomorrow at our family church cemetery at Mulakulam - Chemmanchy St. George Church - same cemetery where Mummy was buried.

his passing away ,immediately succeeding Pappachayan`s,we have lost two affectionate
elder brothers.

Varghesechayen came for this year's family gathering just to meet with all of us in spite of his poor health. It was great to hear him talk about how he went for a meeting where Jawaharlal Nehru was speaking.  It was equally heartwarming to see how his grandchildren were taking care of him. May his soul rest in peace and may the Lord give Aji and AnilGhee and Sunitha and Preethy and the grandchildren all the strength to bear this loss.

Varghesechayen was indeed a towering personality.
