Hello,

I would like to analyze the “variant sequence overview” (i.e., variant genomic flanking region) from a list of variants. Is there the possibility to get it by using any of the batch analysis options?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Alessandro

Dear Alessandro,

There are no batch interfaces for this, but you can use the webservices. The
runMutalyzer [1] endpoint returns an object containing the "visualisation" tag,
which is probably what you need.

With kind regards,
Jeroen.
