Two variants in cis

Hello Mutalyzer,

My batch (attached) contains 4 items including the following two variants occurring next to each other in cis? I get errors when I run it at Mutalyzer. Your help is greatly appreciated. 

NM_001111061.1:c.25G>T

AND

NM_001111061.1:c.26C>T

Can you please specify which errors you get? Neither the single variants [1,2],
nor the compound variant [3] seem to give any problems on the website.

Please note that Mutalyzer 3 [4] handles compound variants a lot better.
