Hi Everyone, Graham,

I'm also looking to pick an issue from the list, but not sure which one would be most suitable - but I could also team-up with one of you guys on an existing issue that is being worked on.

Let me know which approach is most useful for us, and i'll pursue it.

Thanks.

Cheers,
mani

Hey Mani,

I noticed from your mails on other lists (AdoptOpenJDK) that you're interested in the GS Collections library. Would it make sense for Mutability Detector to have a configuration for GS Collections in the same way Martin is currently working on adding for Guava? I'm just guessing that GS Collections also have a lot of immutable collections as well.

Would be happy to raise a new ticket for doing that, does that sound like something you could collaborate with Martin on?

Regards,
Graham

I was actually already thinking about trying it with the GS collections, they've been talked about on the LJC email though I've never used them myself.

That's a great idea Graham, tackling multiple targets in one ago! I'm happy to collaborate!

Firstly is there anything more to implement with Guava for MD? And where do you want to start with the GS collections, the immutable classes have the term 'immutable' in name of the class itself but there might be others that are immutable as well. I did read somewhere that most of the GS collections adheres to immutability pretty well.

Do you have any hints / input for myself and Martin?

Cheers,
mani
