MHCC end of season

Hi,

Muswell Hill chess club will be running an end of season blitz event on Tues 14^th May.

Please turn up on the night by 7:15pm to register and we'll aim to get going at 7:30pm.

Simon B will be choosing the time control based on popular vote, so if you have a preference please let him know!

On the 21^st May we'll have the Annual General Meeting starting at 7:30pm.

League update: although there are still a few delayed fixtures to be played, it looks like our 1^st team are destined for a commendable 2^nd place in Div 1 of the Middlesex League, with Hackney likely to retain the title.  Meanwhile, the 2^nd team had some tough battles through the season but will be relegated from Div 2 to Div 3 - at least the going should be somewhat easier next season.
