Master pages?

How do you do master pages in mustache? I would think that you would
render a partial to a variable. But that doesn't seem to work. Like
this:
<html>
<head></head>
<body>
{{ > {{content}} }}
</body>
</html>
And then substitute content for what ever partial you want to render
in the json... but this doesn't seem to work. That leads to the
obvious question, how the heck can you create a master page in
mustache (i'm not using ruby, by the way).
