New Mustache List

Hi everyone,

I've created a new mailing list at librelist that all Mustache
implementations can (hopefully) share.

Just email must...@librelist.com and you'll be automatically subscribed.

From librelist.com:

You also subscribe to a list by simply sending your first message to
must...@librelist.com. That’s it. It ditches your original message
and sends you a confirmation you reply to. No signup or web forms
involved.

I'll still keep this one around, and will still answer questions on
it, but I don't want the `-rb` suffix to make mustache.js or pystache
users feel like second class citizens.
