Chapter 1 updates

First of all, sorry for the many emails you all received today... I
wish there was a way to save the page that wouldn't send out emails
until you asked it to... oh well...

I have updated my outline for Chapter 1, with links to pages in
progress... please keep in mind this is a work in progress, I still
have a lot of updating/ fleshing out to do of my outline. The images
for examples are ready to add as well, I will get them on the site
later this week as time permits.

I have also added to the TOC Chapter 2, Tonal Harmony. Please feel
free to edit, change, move, add, chop, etc what ever you like... its
just a start to get our minds flowing. The TOC is based on the Kostka/
Payne and the Russell/Trubitt... always more info to add later, or a
better flow.

Thank you all for your comments and contributions so far... I am very
excited for this project.

Hi again all,

I have uploaded 4 chapters to the Section 1 folder in thebox.net

Some examples in the text, but I hope to add more "real score"
examples soon. Also, I have started a collection of practice tests
for each section. How does everyone feel about 25 practice examples
per topic? Too few? Too many?

These are very much still works in progress, so please be gentle :)

Does everyone have word 2007 (or the plugin to convert it to 2003)?
Or would it be best to convert the file for you?
