Dear All,

As it stands today, we have raised 52,000 dollars (32000 from sponsorships, 14000 from stalls, 6000 from Nepal Festival Fundraising Concert), but we are still 20,000 dollars short of our reduced budget of 72000 dollars. We are still hopeful of getting few more sponsors and should be raising some money (maybe 5000 dollars) from raffle tickets as well. With all that, we will still be 10,000 dollars short of our budget.

In order to close this gap, lets start a campaign to get Individual Supporters for Nepal Festival 2010 Melbourne. Individuals can become a festival supporter by giving 50 or 100 dollars. Individual supporters will have their name displayed on the big screen during the festival, will be on nepal festival web site and also printed on the festival guide.
