Congratulations on securing the scholarships. BTW there is another email group as well nowadays for contacting students in Melbourne Uni. I am sending this email off to the new email group as well. There is one friend of mine in Melbourne uni named Raj Gaire (I am not sure if you have met him). I am sending this email to him as well. I have relocated to Sydney due to work. But I hope to meet you soon sometime in future. Have a nice flight.

Happy New Year 2067! It is my pleasure to share with you (some of you already know) that I have been offered Australian Leadership Award to pursue PhD at Monash University. I am jetting off Kathmandu on May 16 to arrive Melbourne on May 17. It is not Melbourne Uni, it is Melbourne though. So, I will have opportunity to see some of you in there.
Looking forward to seeing those who are still in Melbourne.

I guess we might have met before. Congratulations for the scholarship, and welcome to Melbourne again!
We are a couple of Nepalese students in Melbourne University at this stage. Also, there are some Nepalese personalities in Monash University (Clayton Campus) too. Nirajan Shivakoti is doing PhD there, and Dr. Raju Adhikari is working in CSIRO as a senior researcher. I have CC this email to both of them. I am sure they can help you in settling in the university.
