Thank you for sending me the list. If you have already done, please update me asap. As a reminder, the AGM and BBQ is on this Saturday, 26th Feb at 11am onwards in Caulfield park. I hope most of you already know this place, but if not, you can always give me a call on 0406119174.

Ranjan Vaidya/Koirala dai, could you please send me updates about the participants from your end? Chandra Yonzon, Parsuram Sharma, Raju/Sudhir Shakya, Mahesh Bhandari dai and families - can we expect you people from NRN and Melbourne community side? I hope Pesal Luitel will join us from Melbourne Chautari and Pipalbot.com.

Raju Shitaula and family, Nirajan Shiwakoti and family, Akhil Shrestha, Surendra Rauniyar and family, Bidura Kafle and family, Mahesh/Bhawana Kaudel, Khagraj and family, Arun, Hari and family, and MUSN friends I am sure you guys will also join in the long due BBQ gathering.

If I miss anyone to name, that does not mean I am not thinking of you. Don't miss the warm and mostly sunny day BBQ - probably one of the last one before chilling winter.

Dear all,

As you know that the HeNN-A AGM is a get together with BBQ as well, please RSVP your and any accompanying friend's attendance to me as soon as possible. This will help us calculate the things we need to buy.

I also request everyone to encourage your family and friends to join the AGM.

Please note that we will need $10 each adults and $5 for kids over 10 years old to cover the BBQ cost.
