What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start a track
2. Click to the right of the progress bar
3. Progress of track jumps considerably

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
* Track should jump to where the cursor was clicked.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
* Milestone 3.2
