Overall app performance is good
But there is need to work more on songs save cloud backup through sign in function.
And there is a need to put the function to share songs through what’s app, messenger and iMessages etc.
Put the now playing button as well

I downloaded lots of song recently before it got updated ( Songa to Musify ) and all my songs that was in songa now Musify is gone. How do i retrieve them back? Please let me know. Thanks

Please send us screenshot or even better: screen recordings of your problem!
We can definitely fix this problem in the next app update.

Step 1: Enable screen recording on your iOS device
Start recording by opening the Settings app on your device -> Control Center > Customize Controls
Scroll down and click the plus sign next to Screen Recording

Step 2: Record your screen
Tap Start Broadcast when you’re ready to start the recording. Close the Control Center and walk through the process you want to record.

When you want to stop recording, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and tap the Screen Recording button, or tap the red status bar at the top of the screen to instantly stop recording.

Finally, your recording is saved and ready to be send as an attachment to this email.

Please send us screenshot or even better: screen recordings of your problem!
We can definitely fix this problem in the next app update.

Step 1: Enable screen recording on your iOS device
Start recording by opening the Settings app on your device -> Control Center > Customize Controls
Scroll down and click the plus sign next to Screen Recording

Step 2: Record your screen
Tap Start Broadcast when you’re ready to start the recording. Close the Control Center and walk through the process you want to record.

When you want to stop recording, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and tap the Screen Recording button, or tap the red status bar at the top of the screen to instantly stop recording.

Finally, your recording is saved and ready to be send as an attachment to this email.

I have the premium version of the app and I had 2 playlists. I went on the app today and it has deleted my playlists and has basically refreshed the whole app. I’m considering ending my subscription because I’m paying for an app that works not a faulty one.

Hello.

I have had and used this app for over a year now, and there is one problem that gets me going crazy every time.

Sometimes the app deletes all of the songs I’ve downloaded beforehand for no reason, and I have to re-download them again.

Even if I use an account, there’s not way for me to get it back.

This has happened quite a few times, and it is really annoying.

Otherwise it is a great app, easy to use. I just hope that the problem can be fixed so that I don’t have to deal with it. I have also heard that other people have had the same problem as well.

The app needs a feature which is very important,
First is short by alphabetically and write all alphabets yo vertically center align on extreme left side.
Second is to add a search bar on offline mode to search existing songs easily and more faster

I am currently paying for the pro version of Musify and I am receiving messages when I use the app saying that there are purchasing issues and I am unable to receive the benefits of the pro version that I am paying for.

I got an updated version of the app but when I got the update, It just basically deleted my entire music I had, Its not catched anymore, I have to redownload them and even then it wont play

Hi I’m Quynh and I use to enjoy using ur app but not really now. I have two playlists and normally if I play a song, when it’s done it would get transfer to the next one but it doesn’t do that anymore lately and I don’t know why. I have to manually click the play button whenever a song finishes please fix this.

When I press the sleep button on my iPhone the song keeps playing witch is normal but it dissapers so when it ends it won’t play the next song. Plz help

When I enter the app and I play my songs, it won’t not be on the lock screen. So every time I have to go back to the app and play another song which is very troublesome.
I hope you would be able to fix the problem

Your app is literal trash. Like, how about instead of creating a new app every time something is wrong in order to cover your asses, YOU FIX THE PROBLEM. I literally just tried to download a song, and now it won’t allow me to listen to it. Why? Oh boy, I have no clue! But isn’t the point of a music downloader app to, I don’t know, download music to listen to? How can that work if the main function of your app is useless??!!

I’ve included a video of exactly what I’m talking about in case you try to pull a fast one. Just downloaded the song and I can’t listen to it. Also doesn’t work with other versions of the song because your app is actual trash.

Sorry for the trouble.
Perhaps the download problem you're experiencing is only with the song - "Little Suzi"?
You can still listen to all the other songs right?
