Hey guys,

Here's the email I sent the venues. I didn't send it to Flanders, but I think that's ok.

Also, if you need to pick up your badge still, I'll be at ideaSPARK tonight. Doors are at 6:30, but I'll probably be there around 7pm. Just give me a call and I'll pop downstairs to deliver your badge. The event is sold out, otherwise I'd say you should just come up and join.

People that need badges still: Ryan, Frances, Seamus, Kim (did I forget anyone?)

So, Kings, 7ish, or anytime after that (I'll sit at the back so I can escape downstairs and give you your badge if you get there later) Otherwise lemme know and we can arrange something else.

Hi everyone,

First, thank you so much for all of your help putting this weekend together. SPARKcon celebrates all our local talent, which sincerely includes our local venues and the people that run them. We couldn't do this without you guys.

Just to make sure that everyone is on the same page:

musicSPARK will have one or two representatives hovering around your venue to touch base and make sure things are running smoothly.These are the only SPARKcon organizers that we're asking for entrance, and there will never be more than 2 in your venue. We ask that you let these people in for free - they will be clearly identifiable with a musicSPARK badge with BLUE text. No one else will have this specific badge. 

There will also be photographers running around documenting the events of this weekend. SPARKcon proper asks that they be allowed to float in and out. They will be denoted by SPARKcon issued badges as well.

If you have any concerns or issues, please feel free to call me. I will be running around all weekend, checking in with people, and available via phone and email as much as possible.
