Here goes. Last meeting minutes. Let's do this.

From Mosaic - Wine for Flanders, Mosaic on website/google calendar (cross promotion - Keith will get Mary the info tomorrow)

Raleigh Times has extended alcohol permit to allow/sell alcohol in the street.

Friday get amps, get generator
Saturday morning 8am - get stage @ Peace China, Chico, Mary, Dave, Derek, maybe one or two more. (What tools do we need?? - Jay can you check w/ Guy?)
Saturday morning - 9am Stage at Hargett
Saturday morning - 10am sound guys, amps
Saturday morning 10am - Generator arrives, Guy arrives w/ soundboard.
Saturday 9pm - soundboard pickup/breakdown

(provided Kennebec will move to 12:30 instead of 11am)
Sunday 10am - soundguys/soundboard
Sunday 11am - soundcheck
Sunday 12:30pm - bands
Sunday 5pm - breakdown

Do we have a padlock? For the POD? - LeeAnn has one.

Van through Dave? If not, call Matt McConnell, if not, UHAUL.

Thursday night:

Tonight it's much more imperative we be at the venues assigned to us. Please be at your venue around start time and hang out for a bit. Please check back into the venue toward the end to make sure everything went well. I'd prefer people just hang at their venues, but I understand wanting to catch other stuff. If you can get someone else to come take over for you, that'd be great.

Let me know if there are any problems or if you're worried about anything. Calling to vent is acceptable too, but I may be in a loud venue :)
