The winter meeting of the Northern California Chapter of the AMS will be
held at Stanford University on Saturday, February 6, 2010. Proposals for
papers or other scholarly presentations may be sent to Anthony Newcomb
(anewcomb at berkeley.edu); they should be submitted by January 7 to receive
consideration.
This meeting will feature a talk in the afternoon by Professor Laurenz
