CFP: Midwest Graduate Music Consortium, Northwestern University, Evanston/Hybrid, 9-10 April 2022

The 26th Annual Meeting of the Midwest Graduate Music Consortium (MGMC) will be held in a hybrid format by the Bienen School of Music at Northwestern University (Evanston, IL) on April 9-10, 2022. The hybrid conference will include paper sessions, a new music concert, and a keynote address by Dr. Wendy Heller. The MGMC welcomes proposals for new compositions and academic paper presentations pertaining to traditional music studies (musicology, ethnomusicology, music theory, and music education), as well as sound studies, performance studies, and media studies. Scores must be submitted by January 24, 2022 at 11:59pm CST and paper abstracts must be submitted by January 31, 2022 at 11:59pm CST.
