The faculty of Boyer College of Music and Dance at Temple University invites applicants to the MM and PhD programs in music theory, musicology, and music studies. The priority deadline is December 1, 2022.

Students may also take courses in other departments such as dance, media, anthropology, sociology, and other disciplines. Students are eligible for fellowships and teaching assistantships, with ample opportunities to teach.
The department sponsors a student-run conference (THEMUS), a departmental colloquium, and several ensembles. Temple University is located in Philadelphia, PA, a historically important center of classical, jazz, and popular music and the home of a bustling independent music scene.
